  • Friday October 8th, 2010:
    • 5 sessions of 20' free riding
    • Rookies & Beginners:
      • the first 3 sessions are guided
      • 3 theoretical briefings before each guided (practice) session
      • 3 debriefings after each of the 3 guided sessions
      • the last 2 sessions are free riding (your instructor stays available)
  • Saturday October 9th, 2010:
    • 5 sessions of 20' free riding
    • Rookies & Beginners:
      • the first 2 sessions are guided
      • 2 theoretical briefings before each guided (practice) session
      • 2 debriefings after each of the 2 guided sessions
      • the last 3 sessions are free riding (your instructor stays available)
  • Sunday October 10th, 2010:
    • 5 sessions of 20' free riding

  • Paddock with electricity, water and showers available
  • Tyre service
    • = dismantling of the used tyre + mounting of the new tyre + balancing the wheel

  • Beside the bike, more extra material like a second set of wheels, an empty jerrycan, a helmet, boots, leather suit, tyre warmers, extension cord, wrench, etc. can be given too. The leather suit is just put on the bike during transport. The other material is best handed over in one or more "identifiable" sportbags. Cases are to be avoided.

  • Adapted motorcycle outfit, meaning obliged for everyone : leather suit (One-Piece recommended, Two-Pieces authorised), back protector (!), motorcycle boots, motorcycle gloves, fullface helmet
  • ID-card
  • Good temper, discipline, good-fellowship, well-trained body and clear mind
